Rules and Regulation:
  1. Only new items are allowed to be sold.
  2. All vendors must own a blogshop.
  3. It is at the company’s discretion to change the dates and times of the event.
  4. No action that will damage, deface or dirty the original conditions of the venue.
  5. Adhere to the operating hours from 12pm – 10pm.
  6. All Lots and Stalls will only be available from 11am onwards.
  7. Participants arriving later than 1pm may face any or all of the following:
    • Forfeiture of Stall Space
    • Forfeiture of Coupons and Vouchers
    • Undesirable Lots
    • Stall Space without the promised number of chairs and table for Flea Market
  8. Participants are expected to leave no earlier than 8pm.
  9. Car Boot Sale Lots are assigned on a first come first allocated basis on the event day itself.
  10. Flea Mart Stalls function on a first come first snatch basis.
  11. No items sold that will have any conflict of interest with those that of Tenants.
  12. No food and beverage to be sold.
  13. No contraband / illegal items to be sold.
  14. No Refund will be entertained.
  15. All the features, functions and facilities of the bazaar are as it is. Vendors should only participate if they accept the uniqueness of the event, including its risk.
  16. No animals for sale.
  17. Registrants for pushcarts will be balloted. Please wait for your confirmation email before making payment.
  18. Any additional terms and conditions apart from the following is at the discretion of the company.
